CBCI Workshop

Concept-Based Curriculum & Instruction For The Thinking Classroom

This signature workshop guides you through designing Concept-Based Curriculum and Instruction (CBCI) units where big ideas drive learning and inquiry grows from conceptual thinking. Over 12 hours, you will learn to build complete CBCI units-from unit webbing and writing conceptual generalizations to framing guiding questions and designing inductive learning experiences. Participants leave with a complete CBCI unit framework and practical strategies to enhance thinking-driven learning.
