Our coaching is offered online in two formats:

- Small group coaching (maximum 10 participants) for networking, collaborative learning and shared reflection
All formats blend reflection, practice, and real-world application, with the option for an in person practicum experience.

1. Mrs. Jennifer Sait is an accomplished school founder and coach with nearly two decades of experience across the globe.
- Co-founder at Kai Early Years, an award-winning international preschool
- Board Member & Director of Learning and Development at Legacy School Bangalore (PreK–12)
- Co-founder at Kai CIRCLE and Mosaic International Education
- Degrees in International Business, Business Administration and Educational Leadership (USA)

2. Mrs. Nishita Israni is an accomplished educational leader and educator with over 25 years of experience spanning teaching, school leadership, curriculum innovation and educator development.
- Head of Centre at Kai CIRCLE, leading academic vision and professional learning
- Experience across Early Years, K–12 education and adult learning
- Worked with leading schools including Mallya Aditi International School and GD Goenka World School
- Delivered professional learning for educators and school leaders across India and internationally
