With over 25 years of experience spanning teaching, school leadership, curriculum innovation, and educator development, Nishita Israni is a globally experienced educational leader who empowers educators, develops leaders, and advances educational excellence through innovation, collaboration, and evidence-informed practice.

As Head of Centre at Kai CIRCLE (Centre for Innovation, Research, Collaboration, Leadership, and Empowerment), she leads the Centre’s academic vision and professional learning strategy, fostering an ecosystem where innovation, research, collaboration, leadership, and empowerment transform childhood development and education.

Her experience spans the entire learning continuum—from Early Years and K–12 education to adult learning . She has worked with leading schools in India, including Mallya Aditi International School and GD Goenka World School, collaborated internationally with Julia Gabriel Centre, Singapore, and designed and delivered in-person and online professional learning through ITARI and UpEducators for educators and school leaders across India and globally.

With expertise across CBSE, ICSE, ISC, Cambridge, IB, and progressive Early Years frameworks, Nishita has influenced thousands of educators across India and internationally through curriculum innovation, leadership development, and professional learning. Supported by her International Baccalaureate (IB) Educator Certificate from the University of Bath, UK, she champions evidence-informed practice, purposeful innovation, and the responsible use of educational technology and Artificial Intelligence to strengthen teaching, leadership, and student outcomes.
